PAM GLOBAL SDN. BHD. was established on December 2012 and has been manufacturing, supplying, installation and as well as carrying out after sales service of truck refrigeration unit, under the brand known as ARCTIC

We have been in this business over the years and have vast experience in Truck Refrigeration System, and till to date we have established a ‘concrete’ confidence in our product which has lead to repeated orders from our Customers. Our product is quite popular in the market and we have been facing an uphill task in acquiring a very good quality by means of product development and improvement.

Since our first introduction of this product in the year 2012, our sales has heightened to about 200% over the years. The reason is due to the quality of our product and as well as the maintenance cost, which is reasonable, compared to other truck refrigeration systems available in the market today.

The challenge we are facing with the major players in the market is very challenging and due to the fact that our product is good as any other brand, we are now on par with the major players. It has reached to a point where the performance of our product is comparably exceptional compared to the major players in the market.

We have appointed Authorized Service Dealers throughout Malaysia to ensure that our Customers would have access to reach out for if there are any problems or failures in our system and this facility would enable to reduce the ‘down time’ for our Customers and to maintain higher operating hours.
